Founders of A&K Elite Real Estate Services

Ryan brings more than a decade of accounting and finance experience to his role as Senior Accountant with A&K Elite Real Estate Services. His background includes financial reporting and analysis, budgeting, general ledger accounting, accounts payable, reconciliations, audit preparation, and process improvement.

Prior to joining A&K, Ryan spent several years with USAlliance Federal Credit Union, where he progressed from Accounting Assistant to Staff Accountant. In his most recent role, he was responsible for budget management across 25 departments, month-end closing, balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, audit preparation, and monthly income statement variance analysis for senior management. He also gained leadership experience supervising and training accounting interns.

Throughout his career, Ryan has focused on improving the accuracy and efficiency of accounting operations. His experience includes implementing accounting software, managing vendor onboarding and high-volume payment processing, supporting annual budgeting, and developing procedures designed to strengthen financial processes and reporting.

Ryan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and Media Studies from Purchase College at the State University of New York, where he earned Dean's List recognition, as well as an Associate Degree in Business Organization from Westchester Community College.

As Senior Accountant at A&K Elite Real Estate Services, Ryan supports the financial operations of the company's growing property management portfolio, working closely with the management team and property owners to provide accurate, timely, and meaningful financial information. His attention to detail, analytical approach, and commitment to strong financial processes make him an important part of A&K's continued growth.

Stacie is a graduate of SUNY Oneonta and the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), bringing a unique blend of experience in operations, sales, customer service, office management, and project coordination.

Known for her positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed, Stacie has a passion for building strong relationships, streamlining processes, and helping create a great experience for clients, residents, and the A&K team.

Whether she’s keeping projects moving, solving problems, or bringing organization to the day-to-day, Stacie enjoys being part of a team that works together and makes a difference.

When she’s not in the office, you can usually find Stacie in her garden, taking on her latest home DIY project, or finding creative ways to make a space feel a little more like home.

Shannon is a Hudson Valley girl, through and through. Born and raised in Poughkeepsie, before settling in Staatsburg where she currently resides with her husband and three young children. 

Shannon comes to us with extensive work experience in a variety of industries.  She spent 10+ years working in insurance before becoming the office manager for an organization that specializes in Asbestos Abatement, Lead Remediation, Demolition

and Mold Remediation. Through her work experiences, she has had to interact with people, often at difficult times in their lives.  These experiences graced Shannon with a calm and compassionate nature with exceptional organizational skills.  She

is able to relate to the needs of others while quickly and efficiently resolving issues, all while bringing a smile to the office! 

When not working, Shannon loves spending time with her kids and family, gardening, and baking.

Helen brings a strong background in real estate, customer service, and relationship building to her role with A&K Elite Real Estate Services. A licensed New York State real estate professional since 2020, Helen has experience working directly with property owners and buyers, helping guide clients through the real estate process with a focus on communication, responsiveness, and personalized service.

Throughout her career, Helen has developed a reputation for being organized, dependable, and approachable. Her diverse professional background has strengthened her ability to communicate effectively, manage multiple priorities, and build positive relationships with individuals from a variety of backgrounds.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Helen is passionate about creating positive experiences for residents and prospective tenants. In her role with A&K Elite Real Estate Services, she supports leasing and tenant relations while helping ensure residents receive timely, professional, and attentive service.

Outside of work, Helen is a devoted mother of three and values spending quality time with her family. Her strong faith is an important part of her life and serves as a foundation for the compassion, integrity, and sense of purpose she brings to both her personal and professional relationships.
